CAUTION:
This is a highly professional application that requires in-depth technical knowledge! To clean the intake tract, it is necessary that the throttle valve is open. The combustion chamber must then be cleaned. After use, the lines must be checked for product residues and cleaned if necessary.
Each kit includes Component K1 + Component K2
Component K1 (cleaning foam) is a specially developed high-performance cleaning component for loosening operational deposits in the entire combustion chamber of an engine. The product removes coking residues in the cylinder head area, especially on the valves, the piston crown, the top land and in the area of the first piston ring. It also cleans the seats of intake and exhaust valves (if they are open). Residues in the EGR valve, the turbocharger and the intake tract (intake pipe to inlet valves) are also reliably removed.
Carbon X does not attack seals and is compatible with all engine components.
Component K2 (neutralizer) causes a chemical reaction that liquefies the previously applied cleaning foam (K1) and binds the dissolved deposits. The Carbon X Extractor (Item No. 34142) is then used to safely remove the resulting emulsion and the dissolved deposits from the combustion chamber. Since K2 has highly effective lubricating components (extreme pressure additives) with exceptionally high cohesion, Carbon X protects the engine from increased friction during the starting process and thus the mechanical components from wear. In addition, the seals are effectively protected.
