Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
You have 30 days from the time you receive your AUTOPROFI products to return any unused items for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it (new), and include any/all original packaging .
All parts must be present to qualify for an exchange or return.
Damaged Items
It is possible that - in spite of how much bubble wrap we use - some products may be damaged during shipping. This rarely has an affect on the performance of the AUTOPROFI products sold by the US team. However, if you feel your products were damaged, we want to know.
Please email us at [email protected], with the word "Damaged" in the subject line.
Please include a description of the damage, a photo of the damage, your preferred contact method and time when you can be reached.
We will contact you promptly about an exchange.

We will email you promptly to confirm receipt of your returned package.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and a restocking fee of $6.00 may be applied.

Exchanges
For all qualifying exchanges, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will notify you once your new shipment is on its way.
Refunds
All returns are inspected prior to approval for refund. Once approved, we will notify you via email, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take up to 30 calendar days depending on the original method of payment, but we do our best to ensure all refunds are processed as quickly as possible.
